Beijing Road Pedestrian Street

Beijing Road Pedestrain Street in Guangzhou is famous for its well-developed mall areas and boutique stores. Visitors and shoppers come here for commodities such as garments, ornaments, fur products, jewelry and food. As of 2006, there is a total of 185 brand name stores, of which 13 are department stores featuring multiple brands and different products. The street is also home to two backbone enterprises of Guangzhou's retail business - the Grandbuy Department Store and the Xindaxin Department Store.

	Chime-Long Xiangjiang Safari Park Guangzhou's Chime-Long Xiangjiang Safari Park is the biggest wildlife theme park in Asia. Covering an area of 130 hectares, the park combines fauna breed and protection, science research, tourism and science education in an effort aimed at "protecting wildlife, protecting natural resources." Since it opened to the public in 1997, the park has received over 10,000,000 tourists. The park features a vast and diverse group of endangered and protected animals that only a park of this scale and size can sustain. Since receiving six koala bears from Australia in 2006, Chime-Long Xiangjiang Safari Park has been recognized by the international world as a world class animal park.

	Grandbuy Department Store In 1991, the first Grandbuy Department Store was established on Beijing Road as the flagship store of the shopping area. In 2002, an extention to the original Grandbuy was built, resulting in a comprehensive shopping center. Today, it features Guangzhou's largest exhibition center for hi-tech household appliances. Shoppers can find just about anything - supermarkets, jewelry, sports wear, restaurants. With excellent management and excellent merchandise, Guandbuy Department Store has remained the best of retailers for more than ten years in a row.

	Baiyun Mountain Baiyun Mountain is claimed by locals as the most beautiful place in Guangzhou.
